Production

Wide stage in stock colours with printed backdrop, LED screen for content/live feed relay and all associated control, stage furniture for 1x host and 4x speakers including stage styling, PA system incl lapel and handheld mics, broadcast lighting set up and coloured lighting to perimeter of live space.

Virtual

Live broadcast package comprising of 4x cameras and live broadcast unit , basic, customised virtual event package including arrivals lobby, main stage feed, up to 4x breakout spaces (pre-recorded) and post event on-demand function, basic live stream content package comprising of holding/closing slates, lower thirds and PPT/VT integration, basic digital event content package including animated holding slide and session templates for speaker presentation, integrated with the live stream content and website design, recording of all sessions and post event reporting.

Management & Creative

Layout and customisation of virtual event space, 360 event content management ensuring microsite, live stream content and digital event content are all coherent 

Pre-production including venue floor plans, live stream test, content management and online support team, live show management including speaker rehearsals and content cueing , all technicians and crew for install, test, live and dismantle.
