Virtual

Live broadcast package comprising of 3x cameras and live broadcast unit , custom webcast platform including basic microsite with client branding and flexible layout options, basic live stream content package comprising of holding/closing slates, lower thirds and PPT/VT integration, basic digital event content package including static holding slide and session templates for speaker presentation, integrated with the live stream content and website design , recording of all sessions and basic post event reporting.

Management & Creative

Layout and design of webcast microsite, 360 event content management ensuring microsite, live stream content and digital event content are all coherent .

Pre-production including venue floor plans, live stream test, content management and online support team , live show management including speaker rehearsals and content cueing , all technicians and crew for install, test, live and dismantle.
